Hey Clubbers!

Things have been a wee bit hectic in life recently and I have had to make the hard decision to take a break from clubbercise for a few months.

I want to be able to give my classes and you guys the attention that’s deserved and right now I just can’t do that.

I promise I will be back in the new year clubbing with you all and can’t wait to see you all again soon! ❤️❤️❤️

Hey Clubbers!

One thing we know how to do is finish off a class with a bang!!! We’ve been ending our sessions every week with this Scooter song and we LOVE it.

Clubbercise Glasgow East with Nicola
What’s it all about?

I am SO passionate about this class! I’ve never been a big exerciser (outwith dancing) and absolutely HATE the gym. So when I discovered clubbercise I was blown away at just how fun a proper workout can be.

There’s this real misconception that it’s just a wee dance class and you don’t really work hard but if you’ve been to my class you’ll know it’s the opposite!

We work so hard every week and the gals that come along are so lovely.
I just love the feeling of support and community. There’s absolutely zero judgment and that’s what is amazing. We’re in the dark, disco lights on singing away and absolutely sweating our bums off haha!

If you’re looking for a fun workout that will still feel like you’ve DONE something come and join us. I promise you will Not look back!
