The summer holidays may be almost over but we had an absolute blast at our two summer camps this year!

The kids worked hard to cover a range of skills including: rowing, atlas stones, split jerks, farmer’s carries and of course some gymnastics. Mix this in with a whole load of fun and games, plus some fruit cocktails, and it was a real recipe for success.

A huge thank you to all the parents and carers for the support and nurture you give our young athletes, and of course to CrossFit Glasgow for all their fabulous facilities and support.

Saturday classes are on as normal but we anticipate being busy once the schools are back so please try to book in advance. We are very excited for a new training block with some new goals ahead, watch this space!

Have you ever seen cuter pull-ups?! Our young team loved working on their jumping pull-ups for 22.3 this week, and what's not to love when they are combined with thrusters?We couldn't be prouder of everything all our amazing kids achieve and they've absolutely loved judging each other and taking part in the open!

Crossfitgames definitely
saved the best to last with 22.3! Our pre teens
blasted through the challenge of jumping pull-ups, skipping and of course everyone's favourite, thrusters! Some new challenges for our kids here, not to mention the double box clambers instead of BMU, but everyone absolutely smashed this workout
and of course had a ton of fun! That's the open over for us at CFG kids, but can't wait to get to get the next block of training started!

And the big kids! So good to see them all thriving in the competition setting! There were a LOT of no-reps getting handed out! Lots of cheering and support along with that naturally! CrossFit Games Open 22.1 🤗 the little kids had the best time judging each other on their modified version of 22.1! Everyone did an amazing job and whizzed through these skills with ease! Absolutely delighted with their score cards and how cute to see them looking so pro with their clipboards ❤️❤️ Lots and lots of fun! We finished up a short gymnastics block with all the kiddos today! Hitting some nice hollow and arch positions (superman/bananaman) and some super tiny dead bugs.
