MEMBER OF THE MONTH: RACHEL BEDARD ⭐🇨🇦

Since finding Club Gym this spring after moving to Glasgow from Canada for her studies, Rachel has become a wonderful part of our community.

She said: "It’s such a welcoming environment, which matters to me both as someone new to the city and as a woman in the gym. Feeling safe and included here has made all the difference."

Her dedication and consistency are showing clear results, too. A few weeks ago, Rachel achieved a significant personal best with a 302.5 lbs conventional deadlift. 👏

Alongside her own progress, she has also been bringing her friends along to help them learn the ropes and build their own confidence and strength. Rachel, thank you for being such a positive part of the club and for helping to make our space a welcoming environment for everyone. We’re so glad to have you training with us!

Our newest fitness class, LIFT, is the perfect foundation for your strength journey - helping you build lean muscle, master your technique, and boost your metabolism.

By adding weight lifting to your routine, you will also protect your joints, build bone density, and increase your daily energy.
