🌙❤️ A SPECIAL MOMENT TO END THE GAFF 3.0 ❤️🌙

There was one final moment last night that meant so much to us.

As The Gaff 3.0 came to an end, we brought everyone together and played Loch Lomond — with a very special tribute to Janie, one of the co-founders of The Gaff, who sadly passed away earlier this month. ❤️

To see the whole room coming together, singing along and remembering Janie was something really special.

… it was a beautiful way to close what was an incredible night. 🥹❤️

Janie helped create The Gaff. Her spirit will always be part of it. 🫶

🔥🔥 WOW… JUST WOW! 🔥🔥

What. A. NIGHT. 😍🙌

THE GAFF 3.0 DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 🎧💃🕺

A massive 190 young people came through the doors last night — and what an atmosphere they created! 🔥🔥

From the minute the music started, the place was bouncing! 🎶 The dancing, the energy, the laughs, the singing and the crowd participation were absolutely brilliant.

And we HAVE to give a special shout-out to the lassie in the white outfit! 🤍😂🔥

Honestly… WHAT A LASSIE! She was absolutely loving it, getting everyone around her hyped up, dancing and joining in. You couldn’t help but smile watching her! 🙌😂

That is exactly what The Gaff is about. ❤️
Young people being themselves, having fun, making memories and creating an atmosphere together — no drama, just an absolutely brilliant night.

And can we just say…

THE GAFF 3.0 WAS BIGGER. BETTER. LOUDER. 🔥🔥🔥

A huge thank you to DJ Rankin, DJ Zitkus, Lugsy and special guest Ravie-Davie, The Fresh Prince Of Drumoyne Square for keeping the place jumping! 🎧🎤🔥

And of course, a MASSIVE thank you to everyone behind the scenes who helped make last night happen. 👏❤️

⚠️ IMPORTANT! P5-7 pick up update ⚠️

👟 P5–P7 Youth Club

🕞 3:30pm – 5:00pm — ON AS NORMAL!

A little change from this Friday onwards that we want all parents/carers to be aware of. 🙏🏻

For the safety of our young people, all P5–P7 children must now be collected from the side door at the car park. 🚪

At the end of the session, the children will exit through the side door where our staff can make sure each child is safely collected by their parent/carer. (Unless staff have been made aware of other arrangements prior to this) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💙

This change is simply about keeping our young people safe and making sure we know exactly who each child is leaving with.

With children previously heading straight for the front door, it can be extremely difficult for staff to keep track of everyone as they leave. We would much rather put this simple measure in place to make collection safer and more organised for everyone. ☺️

❌ Our usual Teen Club (6–8pm) is OFF tonight as we’re getting ready for The Gaff!

We just want to say a massive thank you to Easterhouse Football Academy for supporting the Parents Against Knives campaign. It’s brilliant to see organisations across our community standing together on such an important issue. 👏⚽️💙

Following our recent trip to London, we’re only getting started…

As part of this ongoing project, we will be working alongside the Parents Against Violence group to visit every secondary school across Glasgow, supporting this group to help fit Bleed Control Kits and helping make sure communities are better prepared to respond in an emergency.

We’ll also be supporting the group to deliver knife crime awareness sessions, working alongside Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service to give young people and families the opportunity to hear, learn and have those important conversations.

And this is just the beginning of what we hope will become a long-term, meaningful project across the North East of Glasgow. 💙

Last night our Easterhouse Mens Mental Health Group were out and about putting up some banners around the local area — and there’s a really important reason behind them!

Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix everything.
Sometimes you just need somewhere to go.
Somewhere you feel welcome.
Someone who will listen.
A safe space where you can talk without judgement. 🤝

There is so much support available locally, and we wanted to bring some of that information out into the community so that people know what’s there when they need it.

If these help just one person find a group, make a phone call, walk through a door or simply realise that they aren’t alone… then every minute spent putting them up is worth it. ❤️

A huge well done to our Men’s Mental Health Group for getting out there and helping us spread the message.
