BMH Fitness

BMH Fitness FBX is different from any other training system currently on the market. It is a fixed 20 minute workout delivered by qualified instructor Breandan McHugh.

FBX will push every individual to breaking point regardless of age, gender or current fitness level. Using only their bodywieght as resistance, participants will work until failure, rest only for recovery, then go again. It is a new mind-set and there is no place for pace. Combining calisthenics, dynamic and isometric exercises to rocket fitness levels and incinerate visceral fat stores in a short space of time.

Ok folks I don't know about you but after a 3 week break and over indulgent easter I'm in serious need of an FBX workout. Don't forget to join me at tomorrow's classes (6pm & 6:30pm) @ The Studio, Green Street, Saltcoats. Hopefully today is the beginning of a long hot spell :-)

Just a wee reminder to all Saltcoats FBXers no classes for the next 2 weeks as I'm off to sunny Belfast! Classes resume Wednesday 23rd April at 6pm. Keep up your hard work and dedication and more importantly enjoy the holidays :-)
