Well done to this week’s Warrior of the Week, Murray, from our Netherlee class.

Murray has been showing fantastic focus for a long time now, but what really stands out is how he puts that into action every single week. Whether it’s pad work, self-defence, sparring, or drills, he gives his full effort and gets fully involved in everything he’s asked to do.

This kind of attitude not only helps Murray improve, but also sets a brilliant example for the rest of the class.
