Another hard fought game against strath today. Despite dropping to 11 v 15 these girls put in a tremendous effort to keep the vibes high on the pitch, making strong tackles and hard runs and we couldn’t be prouder 🫶 we were even blessed with some beautiful weather today with the sun shining bright it was a good day for rugby 💙
Our gal of the game picked by strath was .simps_x , Ellie showed off her incredible turn over skills with some sneaky jackals, she’s a string player who showed consistent support in the rucks and pods and kept the structure strong within the forward pack grrr 💪
Our forward of the match went to , “Neve was everywhere on the pitch. She was making hard lines here, there, and everywhere. Really difficult to tackle, just kind of aggressive, and carried on no matter what, and just always put a shift in every single time, just a steam engine “ choo choo 🚂
Our back of the match went to oor wee @0._.rachel , “rachel got thrown into a quite a difficult position at scrum half. she wasn’t meant to be playing today at all, and then last night said, put me on the bench, and came and saved us, she had a fab game at nine, quid to the rucks and was everywhere we needed her to be at all times” whoosh 🏃♀️
