Time just goes past so fast

Playing for the star was one of the best times playing footy in my life, but since then I haven't kicked a ball (f**k knows why)

One minute you're at school, then it's a job and before you know it you're already feeling old in your 30s haha madness

Adding onto that is the extra weight that comes easier when you get older and don't keep a wee eye on it

You feel just that wee bit more tired, less energy and you know you need to do something about it but you can't be arsed really

The gym just doesn't do it for you..

Well the good news is it doesn't have to be that way

Fitbaw is coming and this will be your way back in

Playing footy every week even when you feel a bit bigger and way unfitter (that will change)

When you start hitting 35+, it's harder to stay in shape

Kids and Mrs need a lot of your energy, especially after you've been working hard all day

As time passes, we just keep adding a wee pound on, and before you know it, you're like...canny even see ma banger, haha

This programme should be called Come Play footy and after 90 days you'll be able to see your banger again, haha

All jokes a side this was designed for us lads to come play football, drop some timber whilst having a laugh doing it

I have coached over 1500 people how to shed fat in the last 12 years, and I plan to add that experience to the Fitbaw

👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 They say life is all about balance, and for me, that balance comes in the form of my small but mighty group of lads! 🙌 Here's why these handsome fellas are an important part of my life..

1️⃣ The Banter.. With these lads, every moment is a potential punchline. We've mastered the art of turning lifes hard parts into banter, and honestly, it's a game-changer for my mental well-being. Laughter truly is the best medicine! 😂

2️⃣ Escape & Rechargel Now, let's talk about that infamous "time away from the wife" - it's not about escaping, it's about rejuvenation! We all need a breather now and then, and when the lads and I get together, it's like hitting the reset button. 😅

3️⃣ Rock-Solid Support System: These lads have been there through thick and thin. They're not just friends; they're a support system that keeps me standing tall, no matter what life throws my way. 🤜🤛
