Great workouts with great people, helping you achieve your goals, whatever they may be! Every session is different, fun, enjoyable and very very rewarding! All different levels of fitness are welcome! Cost is £3 per session, or you can book 4 classes for £10! Mondays @ 6:30pm
Wednesdays @ 6:00pm both in North Glasgow College. We will be outside as soon as the weather allows!!!
