Consistent training, nutrition, daily movement, getting rid of stubborn fat & building muscle has been the best thing Iāve done where it allows me to eat some āoff trackā meals, but still maintain a lean physique.
If you put weight on for 10 years and then expect it to come off within 2 months then thatās not a realistic expectation to set yourself.
I was 15 stone, looking like a bit of putty - what changed?
I got active, hit my steps, trained with true intensity, consistently stuck to my diet plan (exact same breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks each day).
Taking control of your health and fitness isnāt easy because thereās temptations and marketing everywhere for you to not live that lifestyle and be accountable. Thatās why there is people who hate how they look but donāt do the necessary stuff to get themselves in shape - and just complain about it for years instead.
You need to go through the motions, fat loss phases, consistency with your diet, staying focused, if you really want to be in a similar position as me.
Once you get that fat off, build the muscle, then a weekly ācheat mealā isnāt going to be detrimental to your progress (accounting for it to).
Early stages, you need that discipline to not reach for JustEat or go to your local as often as you did. As thatās why your in the situation your currently in now.
We can make allowances on occasion, so you donāt hate your life while trying to make it better, but being disciplined and accountable and proving to yourself you can stick to something properly and reap the benefits is a huge part of the journey and is where true self confidence and respect comes from.
So yes, I love pizza, Iāve earned my stripes to be able to eat it each week if I truly wanted to.
Right now, I want to train, look good, feel good, and enjoy the simple things.
In the future if I want to strip down fat and get shredded again, then pizza etc would be counterproductive and il get locked in.
But Iām educated and aware of how not to end up 15 stone and looking like putty again tooā¦
Your goals might be different to mine, itās about having a plan that suits you and what you want to
