Last Thursday’s upper push session

tough one in the heat but the guys absolutely smashed it as always

loads of graft
some solid numbers all round on each exercise
and a few PBs across the board

also potentially the last session before the nice weather disappeared again in true Scottish fashion

class seeing everyone still pushing the standard even when the gym felt about 40 degrees

big well done to everyone who got stuck in

Half way through May!

A lot of folk stop thinking about fitness as summer starts!

They think they have left it too late to make a difference in time for the beach, the bbq or the pool!

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it the best time to start a weights program was yesterday!
