Things always seem better with a tan 😍
With summer fast approaching there’s no better time to start your heath & fitness journey than now!
At some point you’re going to have to be honest with yourself about the gap between the life you want to live and the life your daily habits are leading you towards!
What you consistently do every day is the most accurate documentation of what matters to you and what doesn't. If you want to see what your priorities really are, all you have to do is study where you spend your time.
You can view spending on health & fitness as either an Expense or an Investment!
If you choose to see it as an Investment you’re going to find it easier to prioritise the necessary resources that you need for a sustainable lifestyle.
And, if you're expecting a coach to be able to make you do something that you don't actually want to do you’re sadly mistaken!
YOU need to take responsibility for your own actions, no one can make you do anything you don’t want and let’s be serious if that was actually the case you would’ve already done it by now 👀
But the good news is if you are ready to make that change & have decided enough is enough then how good are you going to feel when you pull out that summer wardrobe and things are fitting better, you feel fitter & healthier, your confidence has shot up all because you got tired of your own bu****it & decided to ACTION?!
