5am session smashed this morning, hard one at that too.

Most people probably look at that and go F**K THAT. Wouldn’t even do that session never mind at that time.

Why not? Whats different from us and you?

Getting fit, being in great shape, eating well and training well, have nothing to do with physical ability. It’s a mindset.

You might not be great or even good at the start but belief and consistency can take you a hell of a long way.

One thing is for certain. You can’t improve or grow if you never start. 💪🏼
