It was fantastic to attend todayโ€™s Youth Ambassador Conference at Glasgow City Council Chambers and speaking with senior school pupils as they embark on the next stage of their learning journey. Today we're celebrating 'National Play Day' โšฝ๐Ÿ’™

Play isn't just for children โ€“ sometimes our big kids enjoy it just as much!

Every Wednesday at Toryglen Regional Football Centre, our Dementia Football Programme brings people living with dementia together for a morning of football, walking football, target games, reminiscing over a cuppa and, more recently, even a game of dominoes at our session.

It's a reminder that the power of sport โ€“ and the power of football โ€“ can bring people together at every stage of life, creating smiles, friendships and moments that really matter.

Just listen to one of our regular participants, John, and his care home carer as they share the difference these weekly sessions have made to his life. โค๏ธ
