Clients - Would You Be Offended If You Were Asked To Think Of Exercises To Do In Your Session Or Would You Like It? 🤔

Your Possibly Thinking Why The Hell Would This Happen……….😳

The Client Pays Money For You To Take Them For Sessions 🤷🏻‍♂️

A Clients Programme Or Sessions Should Not Only Include The Trainer Taking Them For Sessions To Help Them Achieve Whatever Goals They Have 🙅🏽‍♂️

There Should Always Be An Eliment Of Education 📚
The Client Should Always Be Learning Throughout Their Journey! Whether It Be About The Programmes, Workouts Or Exercises But Also About Themselves As Well! 🤩
