COACH ANNOUNCEMENT – Kyle Jimenez πŸ€

We are excited to confirm that Kyle Jimenez will be coaching at our MBB Dundee Camp at Baldragon Academy! 🀩

Kyle, a product of City of Edinburgh Kings, has played basketball all over the UK, featuring for the likes of Loughborough Riders, Nottingham Hoods and Derby Trailblazers.

He has also played at the top level of British basketball, winning the British Basketball League Trophy in 2023 with the Caledonia Gladiators πŸ† and competing in the FIBA Europe Cup!

Kyle has represented Scotland at two Commonwealth Games, competing in 5v5 at Gold Coast 2018 and 3x3 at Birmingham 2022. 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Right now, Kyle is once again representing Scotland after being selected for the Team Scotland 3x3 basketball team at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games! πŸ”₯

We’re delighted to have a player competing on the Commonwealth stage bringing his experience and knowledge to our Dundee campers this summer! πŸ™Œ

COACH ANNOUNCEMENT- Ali Fraser

We are excited to confirm that Ali Fraser will be coaching this summer at MBB Edinburgh!πŸ€

Ali played for his hometown team Falkirk Fury before playing on a scholarship at NCAA Division 1 College, Maine Black Bears, where he averaged 13ppg and 8rpg in his final year. This resulted in Ali being named to the American East Conference second team! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

After an exceptional collegiate career, Ali then went on to play professional basketball in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and France, as well as being a standout player in the British Basketball League for the Caledonia Gladiators/Glasgow Rocks. Ali also won the league when playing for the Leicester Riders in 2020/21, and the BBL Trophy with the Caledonia Gladiators in 2023! πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

Ali was also MVP of this year’s 2026 SBC Playoff final where he finished with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists! 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Ali has represented Scotland at numerous tournaments. Most notably at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia and lead the side to wins over England and Nigeria. Ali also featured in Great Britain’s 2013 Eurobasket campaign at just 21 years old! πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί

Regarded as one of Scotlands best ever players, Ali is renowned for his post play, midrange game and basketball IQ which has helped him dominate in various leagues all over the world! 🌍
