The hard work is paying off for our Evolution team! 🤩

Yesterday saw excellent performances and development at Karate Scotland International Open 🏆

For the last 5 months, this team have been on our Athlete Development Program.

The program has tested them relentlessly, between weekly athlete training sessions, monthly League Cup events, monthly squad training, and a full diet of preparation competitions.

Their hard work and dedication shone through yesterday, with everyone winning rounds, scoring points on the board, and demonstrating their progress from the start of the year.

Excellent work 👏👏👏👏

A special well done to Flynn, who debuted at this event, having recently graduated to Evolution level. He fought amazingly ⭐
