David Connelly (Coach) - A Commonwealth medallist himself in 1986 David has a wealth of experience in the Wrestling world both domestic and abroad. Over 25 years in coaching experience and part of the coaching team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. Ross McFarlane (Coach) - Accolades include representing Scotland at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, A 5th place finish at the Commonwealth Championships 2013 in Johannesburg & two time British Champion 2013 & 2014. He has almost 25 years in the sport starting out at Milngavie Wrestling club in 1999 under David Scott jr/snr. He has been coaching almost 10 years coaching between helping Scottish Wrestling Rising stars and coaching kids classes. Vasile Jornea (Team manager) - A former wrestler and current UWW Referee Vasile has nearly 30 years wrestling experience from his junior days in Moldova, to seniors in France before coming to Scotland to manage the Commonwealth team of 2018, successfully organising the most camps in Scotland the team has ever had. The recognised best Scottish Championships this decade and twice has lead the team to Home Nations cup trophy (2021 & 2023)
Vladimir Gladkov (Head coach) - Learnt his trade in the Soviet Union, coaching teams in Germany to Bundesliga victory & coached 4 Scotland Commonwealth Games teams that have delivered 2 Bronze medals.
