Home from scone palace Scottish grassroots championships having learned lots ❤️🐴
I was stressed to the max with life at some points 🤣 this impacted my time there.
Preyas first time staying away. She settled in fantastic and the lovely Joanne was there too. Nice to see a friendly face ❤️🫶
Dressage day -
We warmed up best we ever have. She was super. Even with the ring being quite busy (this makes her really tense normally) so for us this was a big win esp with it being such a big event. The championship ring was a bit away and away from the horses. She bolted when we got upto the steward and that was her head blown as the other horses were away from her (que our winter homework lol) test was tense and she broke to trot on her canter circle but got a 35.5
Xc and sj day -
Eliminated haha......I had a brain fart and missed fence 9. I got totally lost and disoriented done a big circle saying I don't know where the f**k i am 🤣🤦‍♀️ so yes Lisa needs a sat nav. Preya jumped amazing and I cannot fault her she was bloody brill. Im I sad we didn't get to sj. Not at all its all learning and I got to watch everyone do their rounds. Fantastic win for Rona and week deserved. Was very emotional watching her jump the final fence (if you know me you know I was in tears of happiness for her) absolutely amazing 🫶❤️🐴💪 well done to all the folk that got their golden ticket to badders 🙌🫶🎉🥳

All in all a great experience. Roll on the homework and me getting a sat nav in my brain 🤣🤦‍♀️

Best morning at the team meet up. Wee game of badminton at tollcross then off to rusticos for a coffee bite to eat.

Forgot just how much fun badminton is 🤣 🏸 we did have other plans but there was weather warnings in place so we can save that one for the next time.

Such a good morning having a laugh with the best bunch.

The 2nd pic I just think it's a lovely moment when we had finished the sj course clear coming out the ring and I was telling her good she was 🫶🐴 my wee spicy superstar. The photographer captured it brill 🫶♥️

**CLIENT PROGRESS **

Here's our wee Angela. She has done amazing in 8 weeks. Watching her confidence grow in the gym....and in herself is a pleasure.

16lbs off and 15.7cm down.....in just 8 weeks. No skinny jab, no shortcuts. Hard work and accountability. It's paid off 🥳💪

If you’d told me a few months ago that I’d actually enjoy going to the gym, I wouldn’t have believed you.

Like many women in their 40s, I felt a bit lost. Peri-menopause had crept up on me, my mood was low, I was eating too much rubbish, drinking too much wine and, just didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I knew I needed to do something, but the thought of walking into a gym was intimidating. I had no idea where to start, what equipment to use or whether I’d be able to stick to it.

The biggest thing I’ve learned is that you don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You don’t need confidence before you walk through the door.

You just need to start.

Slowly, week by week, I’ve become stronger, healthier and more confident. More importantly, Im starting to feel like myself again.

If you’re sitting reading this thinking you’re too old, too unfit or that it’s too late to make a change, I promise you it isn’t. ❤️

I also know I wouldn’t have got this far on my own. There were plenty of days when I wouldn’t have pushed myself, would have doubted what I was doing or talked myself out of going altogether. Having Lisa there for guidance, encouragement, accountability and the occasional push when I needed it has made all the difference. She believed in me long before I believed in myself, and I’m so grateful for her support. ❤️💪

What......a.....day49_ games
Me being mega injured entered to have a bit of fun and support the day. The atmosphere was amazing from start to finish. Derek and myself 2nd to go so I could get in coaching the others. Best bunch of supportive people in gym49. We were in it for fun today and smashed a time of 48.31........im buzzing for that as I had in my head an hour with me being injured. So for us to pull that off I'm chuffed 🙌💪

From the coaches pushing everyone forward and encouraging, to the set up from William, Andy and Chris. All the helpers to get the balloons etc done. The catering. The people grooming the other gyms in smashing it with us. And everyone that came to support everyone

Honestly one of the best days!!!

Weight down 70kg (154lbs) - 69kg (152lbs)

Bodyfat down from 26.3% - 19.6% 💪
Lean mass up 113.5lbs - 122.2lbs 💪💪

Outstanding results from David. I set his calories sorted his plan........and the stuck to it trusted the process and the hard work has paid off.

David has changed his lifestyle habits, started a new job. He has ticked every box that I have asked. And gave 💯 in each session.

Looking forward to the next couple of blocks to see the muscle grow and David achieve his goals 💪💪

Greg and his 4 week results

Greg has came back after some time off. Hes joined my online programme. As he's using the gym im in we can get his bodyfat measurements done.

He has put the work in....done everything thats been asked of him. And his results are outstanding.

Weight down from 80kg (176lbs) - 77kg (170lbs)

Bodyfat down 37% - 30.1%
Lean mass up 110.9lbs - 118.8lbs
Fat mass down 65.1lbs - 51.2lbs

Absolutely outstanding for 4 weeks. Shows if you keep the consistency the plan works 💪

Looking forward to the next block with Greg and excited to see where we go 💪💪💪

What a day yesterday at Forgandenny Horse Trials

Came in 8th out a strong class. Got our best dr score yet with 32 (we going in the right direction 🙌 roll on a sub 30) then clear in the sj and xc....... was 0.001 of a second away from getting 7th place haha....our scores were the exact same as the girl in 7th place so it came down to the faster sj time (you learn something new everyday)

She behaved amazing all day. Wasn't sure how we were going to go as on wed when I was trying to practice the dressage test...... she was pulling moves the Spanish riding school would have been impressed with as i was asking her to halt and she was too impatient to halt 🤣🤦‍♀️ think capriole.....iykyk 🤣🤦‍♀️ but then pulled off a lovely well behaved day. She tried her heart out yesterday. And the jockey remembered where to go in all 3 phases.

Meet some amazing people. This is why i love eventing.

What a fab day..... forgandenny so always be one of my favourite events 🫶❤️ roll on Brechin castle in 2 weeks 💪🐴
