"Yoga is part of my life and over the past 10 years I have enjoyed sharing my practice through teaching on a weekly basis. I continue my own studies online from the home of Iyengar yoga Institute in India.
I am a level 1 Iyengar Yoga teacher and currently being mentored at level two by Senior Teacher Katie Rutherford.
During Monday’s class I am hoping to help students understand themself through action in their yoga practice, giving students weekly sequences for a good stretch, improve flexibility and balance, connecting to their breath and help understand their buddhi (intellect)."

At the request of Mandala Yoga Bodies to teach a General Level workshop 🙏

Aubrey, a certified Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher, who teaches with intelligence, humour and compassion, has been teaching for over 20 years. He regularly attends both online and in-person classes with Uday Bhosale and Debbie Bartholomew at Yoga Metta in Leeds, and has also studied at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India, where he has trained with the Iyengar family and other esteemed Indian teachers.
