Tonight our C25K finished, one week early 😱, the weather and darkness is taking over quickly! 😩..so for safety reasons, it was the best decision. The girls were surprised at the suggestion, but took it on, and smashed it 👌
Spontaneous nights are always the best eh 🤭😂😂.... Thank you to all who came along, we know life gets in the way, and it's then hard to get out, hopefully on our next programme next year, you can all come back along...

After a busy summer they finally received their Certificate for completing the last C25K...
And, returned for this programme too 🙌..
Our longer OG. S are now out confidently on their own and running 5Ks and more,
