Despite a spirited second half come back the colts were undone by penalties and we exit the Sunday Trophy in the first round.

Goals and assists both came from Ryan💙⚽️ and

“Wee” Ryan was awarded the ref’s motm and Andy was the managers motm this week.

We now look to continue league action this Friday night against Muirend 8pm at Scotstoun

Heartbreak hotel for the colts this week, we found ourselves 1 nil down inside 10 minutes an unfortunate own goal by Patzoogle Sniffoyle truly living up to his instagram handle.

However new signing .gunn found the equaliser with 34 on the clock, a superb header from a delightful ball from a brooklynbone_ freekick. Ben McKenzie then put us in the lead with another well placed header, the colts scoring headers?!!

West end pulled themselves back into the lead in not long after the restart but yet again the colts fought back, we equalised. A wonderful diagonal pass by brooklynbone_ found the man inform Deco Sneddon who smashed the ball past the keeper making it 3 a piece. brooklynbone_ then found himself on the scoresheet, quick thinking from Ryan💙⚽️ from the freekick and Brooklyns effort was drilled low and hard going in off the post. 4-3 to the good guys.

Wear and tear forced us into some changes and west end pounced on the disarray and equalised with 4 minutes of regular time to play, the young energy from the opposition continued cause us problems and with both teams pushing for the win a counter attack in the dying embers bore fruit for the opposition and they took all 3 points.

Motm: Brooklyn was both managers and refs choice for motm this week, a no brainer really brooklyn was involved in everything good for us, getting himself 2 assists and on the score sheet.

This Sunday! Get along and support the boys 🐼💛

Back to back wins for the pandas🐼 A lack lustre start saw us 1 nil down in the first half however we were able to stabilise after the break, a few stern words and a sub made the difference.

A quickfire 3 goals saw us equalise and subsequently take the lead, a well taken goal by and 2 good finishes by Deco Sneddon.

The opposition pulled one back to make the game 3-2 and appeared to have some momentum in their favour however colts would regain the two goal advantage, Chris’s well placed freekick was unlucky not to nestle in the bottom corner instead coming off the post and falling to Deco to complete his hattrick. Ryan💙⚽️ made it 5 in the dying embers of the game, a counter attacking run by debutant Ben who found Ryan in the box to put it home.

Motm was our hattrick hero Deco Sneddon another good performance this week from deco who’s been scoring every week so far, could have had 4 on another day but can’t be unhappy with 3 goals and an assist!

A brilliant start at our new home for the upcoming season.

4 different goals scorers and 3 points for the pandas today.

Deco Sneddon .mcl_ .capon07 all found themselves on the goal sheet after a superb performance from the boys after last week’s heartbreak.

MoTM this week was a tough decision with a lot of standout performances however pipped everyone else to the post by being a stalwart in the middle of the park for the full game, kept us ticking going forward and wasn’t afraid to make a challenge when required 🐼💛

Heartbreak hotel on opening day.

One half of dominance and one half of mistakes cost the colts 3 points from the season opener, an early injury to Luke Donnelly could have been a sign of things to come however colts took the lead through an lovely volley from Chris, his brother Tommy then added to the scoreline only 5 minutes later bundling in a cross from euanholland_.

Deco Sneddon made it 3-1 not long after the restart, a defence splitting clearance by Charles found its way through to deco who powered through the defence and rifled the ball past the goalkeeper.

Villa found their way back into the game via a penalty and an own goal, tying the game up at 3-3. Colts found ourselves down to 10 men for the last 15 after Chris received his second yellow of the day. Sadly with 5 minutes to go Villa made the man advantage count and found the winner.

This weeks motm was Deco Sneddon, brilliant from the minute he came on replacing the early injury, a superb goal and another day could have had more.

Shoutout to Patzoogle Sniffoyle who was awarded the refs motm for his defensive efforts.
