👍🏻 cool… losing your independence won’t be either.

seeing firsthand what happens when somebody can’t walk, can’t rely on their own body… it’s eye opening.

having strength, mobility & basic fitness are the things that keep you living life on your own terms.

you don’t get to “opt out “ of exercise and also opt out of the consequences ✍🏻

when your week gets a little busier it’s no excuse to write it off completely, ✍🏻hold a higher standard: there’s always something you can do.

for years I actually just needed to be in control of something, and it’s weird looking back now because training is such a positive part of my life. It helps my mind, energy & structure but it didnt start from a healthy place & I think more people relate to that than we talk about!
