The last one is the biggest offender.

In all seriousness, a lot of guys would make progress a lot faster if they dropped their ego.

Lifting a lot of weight doesn’t count for much if you’re only moving it a few inches.

The ‘sort of’ can feel like you’re being consistent.

But you’re wrecking the deficit you create during the week by treating the weekends as if calories don’t exist.

When it comes to dieting, the worst thing you can do is half arse it.

It’ll take infinitely longer and it’ll be a loss less enjoyable.

Be stricter with yourself and you’ll see progress much faster.

Which means the diet is done quicker.

Which means calories can go back up sooner.

By trying to have ‘balance’ now, you’re actually making everything a lot harder.

Best approach to fat-loss IMO:

Get in. Job done. Get out.

Why would you want a slower rate of progress?

I used to love keeping up to date with news, politics and current affairs.

But f**k me it’s depressing at the moment.

So rather than fill my head with that stuff I’ve been trying to be more conscious of what goes in and what I consume.

In the same way you don’t feel great if you eat burgers every single day, you don’t feel great if you fill your head with orange t***s and frog-faced bell-ends.

Shout out to Luke Gibson | Online Coach for the inspo on this one.

There’s been one main transformation that’s underpinned everything here.

Training has simply become part of Annie’s identity.

Training is just something she does - regardless of what life throws at her.

She’s in the gym at 5.

And she’s genuinely loving training again.

Especially with the stress of starting a new job - “the gym has been my harbour in the storm”

She even said the fact she was able to drop 10kg on 2,000 kcals a day was absolutely wild 😂

Having that routine locked in simply meant that progress was pretty much inevitable.

She just kept showing up week after week.

Even if some weeks felt like a “clusterf**k” 😂

This is proof of what you can do if you commit to showing up for yourself and letting your routine lead the way.

If you’d like more info on how I can help you drop 10kg, just dm “clusterf**k” and I’ll be in touch!

Most people’s problem of ‘not having enough time’ could be solved by simply getting up a couple of hours earlier.

Let’s be honest, you’re probably not doing much after 8pm during the week apart from being on sofa.

You’re definitely not doing anything worth staying up for past 11.

Even if you want to keep your evenings to yourself, you have untapped hours in the morning.

What thought came Into your head just there?

If it was anything like “but I don’t want to get up earlier, I’m not a morning person”

Then you’ve just shown it has nothing to do with a lack of time…

You simply don’t want to use that time.

The early hours is when everyone else is asleep.

Work doesn’t need you yet.

The family haven’t woken up yet.

You’re in the gym, done and home before anyone else even wakes up.

You have your whole day ahead and have the evenings to relax.

That’s not worth getting up a bit earlier?

In most cases it’s not a lack of time, but a lack of time management (just look at your screen time)

“All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you” 🧙‍♂️

If you’re not doing anything to get you closer to where you want to be, you forgo the right to complain about where you are.

Most of the people I see struggle don’t actually have any solid routines in place.

Everything is done based off how they feel In moment.

Your feelings aren’t great decision makers.

Routines will keep the ship afloat even when it feels like you’re sinking.
