Every year the turn out and atmosphere for this gets better, it reassures you along with everything else that you’re moving in the right direction as a coach and business owner.

Stuck to the program and worked around an injury so pleased with that, can’t recommend Adam enough if you want to really scrutinize the weaknesses. Whatever your sport may be 🙌
