The MRR event 2025 Volume 3 🔥

Day 1 - Teaching coaches effective exercise techniques for their clients

Day 2 - Teaching business owners how to run successful ads that generate a lot of cash

Funny thing is, I never share much about my work (or myself) online

But honestly I’ve been so proud of the work we’ve been doing within the agency and the team .mrr is building

When I look at where we are now, I can’t not share it

Seeing coaches grow into confident business owners and change not only theirs but their family lives is something I wish more people got to witness

I can’t wait for Volume 4 suited & booted incoming 🔥🚀

Strength to Strength has a new home

Truth is, this move should’ve happened months ago.

At one point I was close to packing in coaching altogether, I thought my time in the industry was up

… turns out I just needed the right environment to get the spark back

And that’s where comes in

I needed somewhere for me and my clients to have a laugh, crack s**t jokes but still work hard, without having to fight for a squat rack 🫠

These days my consultancy keeps me busy, which means I’m very selective with who I coach, hence why my clients are all sound

And that’s a real blessing

So here’s to a new chapter 🏋🏻‍♂️

This was by far the best event we’ve done

Good people, good vibes and some unforgettable memories in the Spanish sun ☀️

A huge thank you goes to the awesome clients we work with on a daily basis to make this trip surreal

And of course the main man .mrr for making it all possible

We say it every time but next year we go bigger and better again

Incredible day yesterday coaching through her first ever powerlifting comp

Emma absolutely smashed it going 8/9 and taking home a bronze medal 🥉

Not bad for a first timer, and with plenty more in the tank

Few wee things to work on over the next prep and to get ready for masters 👀

And with some very exciting goals lined up for the future 🔥

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting our final event of the year with this wonderful group of people

We broke down the 10 pillars of the MRR agency

15 minds is always going to be better than 1

So we brainstormed ideas to give the coaches clarity and vision for their business going in 2025

Grateful for everyone who turned up and chipped in with their own take on things

Next year in the agency we’re going even bigger and I’m buzzing to be part of the journey with .mrr

Some great prep work by , who asked me to step in and handle Tia

Which of course I’d never say no to

She made my job pretty easy on the day as well, we just needed the 1 pep talk for our last squat 🔥

Can’t wait to see Tia in future comps and smashing even more comp PBs
