SPACE really is for everyone.

If you like the sound of training with your family/friends in a small group you should all sign up for a drop in Small Group Personal Training session.

These classes have a maximum of 6 people attending and give you a PT session at a fraction of the industry standard price.

Appreciation post ✨ We want to say a big thanks to the brands that have fuelled us, kept us smelling good and feeling pampered since we opened our doors.

We wanted to create a fitness SPACE unlike anything you’ve seen before in Glasgow. From the moment you walk through the door, the cold scented towels at the end of each workout, the toiletries in the showers and changing rooms and the selection of protein bars, smoothies and chilled drinks in the fridge. These brands have helped make that happen 🙏

TRAINING STRUCTURE 💪 We recommend using our SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) classes to build the necessary foundations to achieve the best results possible. This will guarantee you a good fitness base and avoid burnout. Nobody wants that.

SGPT memberships include unlimited access to our other classes which are the perfect bolt on to super charge your fitness & strength.

SGPT memberships cost breakdown:

12 SGPT (£9.92 per session) + 2 weekly group classes = £5.95 per session

8 SGPT (£12.38 per session) + 2 weekly group classes = £6.19 per session

4 SGPT (£19.75 per session) + 2 weekly group classes = £6.58 per session

*Industry norm PT costs £30-£40 per hour*

As you can see our SGPT memberships are incredible value compared to normal PT sessions.

💪 This is it. First classes start at 6am tomorrow. Big thanks to everyone who signed up. Let’s get it.

We thought we’d take this opportunity to give you some more information to help you get to SPACE and ready to workout stress free!

PARKING 🚙 There are a very limited number of spaces available on Napiershall Lane but please be aware this is a service lane & parking in front of the shutters is prohibited. If the lane is full please use on street parking in the surrounding area.

🚇 The nearest Subway station is Kelvinbridge which is roughly a 10 minute walk away.

📍You will find us at the end of Napiershall Lane which is accessed from Napiershall Street. There’s a massive sign. You shouldn’t be able to miss us!

🚿 Changing rooms and showers are unisex with access to private cubicles. Towels, hairdryers and toiletries are provided.

⏰ Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin. If you need to get changed before please arrive a little earlier.

The response to our Founder’s Memberships has been incredible. We’ve already sold over 50% of the available allocation before we start classes this Monday (14/08) 💪

So we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone has followed and supported the journey so far. We can’t wait for classes to begin in Glasgow’s newest movement & wellness studio.

*We will also be adding a daily 9.30am class to our timetable from the 21st of August. Ideal for those of you looking to squeeze in a workout after the school-run!
