Hi everyone.

I'm sorry but I left it as long as I could but, I'll have to postpone tonight's class as I'm not feeling very well at all.

The class will be done on Sunday evening at the usual time with the usual login.

Once again I'm really sorry but I'll see you all on Sunday.

I copied this from someone else but very true. Sometimes we lose sight of what we have. Me included.

4 walls, a floor and a roof.
Pads and bags.
Instructors shouting and keeping us moving.

It's the date in our diary we never miss.
It's the time for us to be carefree.
It's the place where we can let go.
It's part of our lives.
It’s where lives are changed for the better.
