MONDAY COMBAT + TONE:
As I mentioned recently, I may need to adapt this class slightly over the next couple of weeks for the Summer heat, this room gets very hot with all our jumping around πŸ”₯😁
Please could bring a Mat tomorrow and if its hot again once we get going then we will throw in a little bit of mat work for additional toning πŸ’ͺ As always options will be available for all. Let me know if need to borrow mat.
With the potential for using mats, I've capped the numbers for space so tomorrow is now fully booked. See you to kickstart the week

FANTASTIC WORK πŸ‘ the SASS was extra tonight for our new tune, loved it!!
