💫 DULA 💫

The journey from 71kg-59kg whilst becoming a gym girl during.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not always been perfect like the last few months. There’s been mornings where her check in for the week has just been a video of me fully lecturing her for either keeping her sheets empty or not making the gym (may have swore in these videos can’t lie). But the mix of tough love and some banter paid off as dula hasn’t missed a damn beat the last few months 👏

Throughout her busy social life, the 9-5 and being a cat mom dula makes sure she gets her gym sessions in and she is bossing the meal prep 😮‍💨. Even if she does go on a holiday every 3 weeks..🤥

🌟 DULA 🌟
The journey from 71kg-59kg whilst slowly becoming a proper gym girl along the way. Last few months have shown dula that she can indeed make the necessary changes in her lifestyle to get the body she wants.

It’s not always been perfect like it has been the last few months…there’s been many times where her “check in” was just me absolutely ranting at her for either not making the gym or leaving her sheets empty 😆 (i may have lectured her a few times???)

But it’s the mix of banter and tough love when required that’s helped dula along the way to find a routine of a busy social life, a 9-5, becoming a meal prep queen and making her gym sessions every week…even if she does go on holiday every 3 weeks 🤥

Here’s to more gains dula 👏

Eve has lost 8kg over the period with me but it wasn’t about the weight loss here, it’s the physique transformation that’s took place.

Whether it’s long hours, social events or holidays we have worked together as a team to navigate her throughout her journey to make sure steps, gym sessions and diet is all running smoothly.

Why should you hire me as your fitness coach? Well, I’ll say a few reasons 🤓

Passion - I really care a lot about my clients progress and it shows whether it’s on the gym floor or through a message on WhatsApp, I really do give a s**t basically. I’m passionate about my job and I love what I do

Results - I am confident in my ability to get clients the results they want as long as they follow the information and tools provided by myself. Everyone is different, no plan should be the same as someone else so it’s up to me to find the best way for my client to get their ideal results.

Price Quality - as bills continue to rise I truly believe that my pricing for my coaching services in terms of the quality I offer. People shouldn’t be priced out of top-quality service and I believe I offer this 🙏

First hyrox done for mollie and Emma 😎
I will admit this is not my usual area for coaching but I knew from the start that they two could smash it and they done that so I made sure they were prepped and ready 🔥 when I was there watching I genuinely just felt so proud watching them give it their all but also enjoy the experience.
Grateful they asked me to coach them and I suppose onto the next one 🤥🤓🤣

My first client photoshoot 🔥
Myself and Jodi spoke about the possibility of her doing a fitness photoshoot for sometime as we knew she had the potential to have a really good final product. I’ve always wanted to dive into the photoshoot prep world and this is one of the best moments of my pt career (so far) when watching her on the day and I actually said to myself “aye I’ve done good”. Every step, every meal prep, every exercise was done and it paid off in the end well done Jodi 💙 safe to say this won’t be my last client photoshoot as it’s something I’m really passionate about. Big thanks to the guys at what an amazing job they done on the day and I’m sure I’ll be working with them again in the near future 👏
