Hi Guys!

Here is my new updated services:

Initial consultation: This is a full clinical assessment. This will include the assessment and treatment of potential injuries. A tailored rehab plan will be provided after this session.

Follow up session: This will come after your initial consultation. This is a check in to see how you are progressing and to identify if any changes need to be made to your rehab plan or any hands on treatment is needed.

1 Hour treatment: This is a full body sports massage. You can request areas for me to focus on more than others.

45 minute treatment: This is a longer session on either your legs or back. You can also request for me to spend some time on another part of your body such as a leg treatment with lower back added.

30 minute treatment: This is the standard treatment where the massage is focused on one area of the body such as your back or legs.

Another round up of the week’s games⚽️🏉

Friday night was our second league game for the U20’s which we won 2-0 after a tough fought game which we went down to 10 men, early in the second half! Lads done brilliantly against a good gartcairn side in which was a very competitive game💪🏼 thankfully no injuries this time😅

On the Saturday I was doing the 2s for Hamilton bulls! I did pre match massage and taping for the players and also the first half for pitch side! Was a pretty busy first half for me with 2 players having to come off🤕 boys were unlucky with the loss, on to next week tho💪🏼

Review of that weeks games!

On Friday night the U20’s played their first league game of the season⚽️

The boys were playing brilliant being up 7-0 in the second half but unfortunately the game was abandoned as an opposition player went down with a dislocated knee! Thankfully he is ok after I stabilised the knee and managed to get a back board to transport him off the pitch! Thank you to the other staff and players for helping!

On the Saturday I attended my first rugby game with the Hamilton bulls shadowing their physio gaining experience on how to do pitch side for rugby 🏉

Over the next few weeks I will be doing games on my own providing massage, tapping and pitch side for the bulls 💪🏼

So with me being back to college I’ve had to adjust my availability for massage

Here is my new availability! As it says, I am available for mobile treatments in the Coatbridge area but depends on bookings and other factors such as work ect

Had Emily and Kaela in for treatment today! Emily and Kaela both play for and women’s respectively⚽️ both received leg massages as they have been undergoing preseason the past while so the legs were feeling heavy😅
