Hyrox Fun Day Tomorrow 🤩

HYROX FUN DAY 🏃🏽‍♀️🧡
We will be hosting a Hyrox Fun Day on Saturday 9th September between 9-3🏃🏽‍♀️
All members and non members are welcome so bring your friends and family 🧡
A great test for your level of fitness and skill for upcoming Hyrox Events.
We will have plenty of scaled options available for those new to fitness or just looking to take it easy. We have members of all fitness levels and ages, there is always something you can do 💪🏼
Once you have finished working out, feel free to hang around have a few drinks and try out snacks brought along by members 🍪
For those not looking to workout, we would love for you to come along to support and cheer everybody else on 🧡

Can't believe it's already been a week since the first ever Hyrox event in Scotland and what an event it was!! We were lucky enough to have it on our doorstep in Glasgow and are all still absolutely buzzin from it.

If you're still feeling that Hyrox High then why not come try our weekly Hyrox specific training. We are an official Hyrox Gym afterall 😎 As well as our weekly training, we will also offer monthly test days to help get you prepared for your next event. A massive shout out to our team this weekend.
We had athletes of all ages & levels take part, and every single person smashed it 💪🏼
