Glasgow Mets Open Trials !!

Trials for Glasgow Mets Women’s & Men’s teams will commence from this Thursday and will continue to the following 3 training sessions.

Summer Sets West sign ups are now open! Come join Scottish Volleyball and Glasgow Mets VC on the 9th of August in Queen's Park for a fun day of grass volleyball competition! We'll have fun prizes and their will be a bake sale! ☀🌳

Glasgow Mets Junior Training is back!

If you're interested in volleyball and want to give it a go, come along to our Junior training sessions held at Mearns Castle HS from 7pm-9pm.

This session will be followed by our under 18 team training which is if you are looking to play more competitively and compete within the Scottish Junior Volleyball League.

We are so excited to be back training and looking forward to welcome old and new faces to our junior sessions !!🏐🏐

Glasgow Mets Women’s Team Open Trails

Glasgow Mets Women’s team had an impressive 2023/24 season with our newly created team winning the Scottish league 1 as well as making it to the Scottish Plate final.

With this success and our womens team being promoted to the premier league we would love to expand and gauge interest for a womens second team.

These two dates ( Monday 1st July & Monday 8th July) are open trials for any playing level and we cant wait to get back to the court !

With the excitement of our new SVL 1 women’s 2nd team, Glasgow Mets is opening a volunteer coaching position within the club. This would entail 3 hours training per week + games for our new womens 2nd team. If you are interested please get in touch.

Glasgow Mets Coffee Morning ! ☕️

Saturday 4th of May, Glasgow Mets are holding a fundraiser coffee morning in Newton Mearns Parish Church from 10am till noon.

Come along and have a lovely morning spent with raffles, tombola, bake sales and more ( Some of our Glasgow mets players will be their with a friendly face too)

Entry will be pay at the door, we can’t wait to see you there 😊
