Okay, now we're just showing off 😍

We're ending day 2 of the Mid Wales 200 with some truly spectacular views on Offa's D**e.

The sunsets here just hit different.

Our runners are heading into their 2nd night on the trail.

Nothing is certain in life except death, taxes and Mark Thompson on our start line.

Mark has joined us for every single one of our 200 mile races 🤯

This year's Mid Wales 200 will take his cumulative race total to 1,600 miles - a phenomenal achievement and the definition of consistancy.

He's a big part of our running family and we can't imagine Wild Horse without him.

Ultramarathon runners really are built different.

After more than 30 hours on their feet, all Devon Herman needed was an hour's cat nap to get going again 💪

Devon and Brad have flown from Canada for the Mid Wales 200 and they'll go home with plenty of stories.

Day two is another all you can eat buffet of greens and we are so here for it 🙌🌲🍃⛰️

Our front runners are into the second half, flying up Offa's D**e, whilst our pack are making their way east towards the Wales-England border.

It's been a phenomenal effort from runners, volunteers and crews alike through the first 24 hours.

Excuse us as we continue to bang the drum for Mid Wales 😍

We promised spectacular vistas, rolling hills and world class wildlife and the Mid Wales 200 has delivered.

This sunset over the River Wye, just north of Rhayader was 🤌

Tea, crickets and bogs - find out what our runners are thinking about after a long first day on the trails.

What's the first thing you'd be asking for at one of our checkpoints? 🤔

The sun is setting but we're going through the night. The Mid Wales 200 is a non-stop race, which means most of our runners will be on the trails all night long.

With a whole day of racing behind us, Simon Dicks () is leading the Mid Wales 200.

He's covered an inpressive 60 miles in the first 13 hours. But with Sergais Malins just a mile behind, it's shaping up to be close overnight.

Our leading woman Allie Bailey (), a previous winner of the South Wales 200, is flying around the course.

She's closing in on checkpoint 3 in Rhayader, having traversed 53 miles.
