We hope all our youngsters have had a really lovely first week back at school! 📚💛 For some of you, your first week back doesn’t start until tomorrow, so we hope you have a fantastic week ahead.

For those who have started secondary school, we hope you’ve had an amazing time, settled in well, and — most importantly — haven’t got lost finding your way around! 😄🏫

Friday 11th September is our first evening back after our lovely time off, and we cannot wait to see you all again!

Just a reminder of the session times:

⚓ Anchors & Juniors: 6:15pm – 7:30pm
⭐ Company & Seniors: 7:30pm – 9:30pm

For all our youngsters who have moved sections, please wear your old uniform for now. Letters regarding new uniforms will be coming out soon, so keep an eye out for those.

📱 Parents – please can you log into OBM and check that all your contact details are up to date. It’s really important that we have the correct information for you. If you need any help accessing or updating OBM, please message us or come and ask us on Friday — we’ll be happy to help.

We cannot wait to see you all and hear about all your amazing news, adventures and first-week stories! 💕

Good morning all. The new school year has begun, which means the new Brigade year is inching closer too. We hope you've all had a fantastic summer and look forward to seeing everyone and hearing your stories. First night back will be the 11th of September. See you soon!

Today marks the start of Volunteers' Week and we want to say a huge thank you to our 6,500+ volunteer leaders for all they do! 🙌

In communities across the country our children and young people are provided with opportunities to learn, grow and discover in a safe, fun and caring environment, which wouldn't be possible without the tireless dedication of our volunteers.

Keep an eye on our social media channels throughout this week as we'll be sharing stories from some of our volunteers of why they do what they do!

As we reach Good Friday, we remember that "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son" (John 3:16) - and rejoice in knowing that Jesus' death on the cross was not the end of the story 🙏

Today is International Women's Day, so we want to take the opportunity to celebrate all of the girls and young women who are a part of the BB family, and say a huge thank you to our 2,200+ female volunteer leaders for all that they do! 👏
