🚨 Clubhouse Maintenance Weekend🚨
We Need Your Help
Our Clubhouse Maintenance Weekend is coming up, and we’re calling on all members, friends, families, and supporters to lend a hand as we prepare for the next season.
📅 Friday 17th July – Sunday 19th July
We have a range of jobs planned, including:
🔨 Painting the Function Hall & Stairwell
🌿 Gardening & Hedge Trimming
💡 External Lighting Repairs
🚰 Plumbing Work
🧹 Compound Tidy-Up
🪚 Bar Sanding & Repainting
🚪 Changing Room Repairs
🚻 Toilet Cubicle Replacement
🙋 Volunteers Needed
Whether you can spare an hour, a day, or the whole weekend, your help will make a huge difference. No special skills are required for many of the tasks—just a willingness to get involved and help improve our facilities for everyone.
🎁 Material Donations Needed
To help keep costs down, we’re also looking for donations of:
🪣 Paint (interior & exterior)
🖌️ Paint brushes, rollers & trays
🪵 Timber and plywood
🔩 Screws, fixings & general hardware
💡 Lighting fittings & electrical supplies
🌱 Compost, plants & gardening materials
🧤 Work gloves, dust sheets & PPE
🧽 Cleaning supplies and rubbish bags
If you or your business can donate materials, equipment, or services, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps us improve the clubhouse and grounds for the whole community.
