Team Medway Futsal The team training sessions at Greenwich sports hall located on the Medway campus from 17:30 - 19:00 every Thursday.

Futsal is the South American version of 5-a-side played with a size 4 heavier ball. It's a fast paced, skilful and exciting game. Countries such as Brazil and Spain place an emphasis on the game as a development tool for young footballers. There is a weekly league every Thursday until 10pm in the Sports Hall at Brompton Academy School. Players of all abilities, a friendly competitive atmosphere and a great way to socialise with other students from the universities!

Unfortunately the futsal social session has to be cancelled this Friday but it will be back to normal next week.

Through to the last 16 of the cup!! Not one of our best games but we still managed to dig out a great result with a 8-7 home win against Chichester. Would just like to give a mention to our keeper Ben Rowan who had a great game!! Now on to Brighton!

100% record on the road so far!! Fantastic win today great character shown by everyone one we managed to go up another gear when we needed to as well as being ruthless in the second half as we ran out 13 - 5 winners against London Imperial today !

We are running our first social session this Friday 3rd October in the Greenwich sports hall on the Medway campus starting at 7pm. So if you want a kick about and have fun in a semi-competitive environment its £2 to each session or only £15 to join for the whole year!!
