Medway jujitsu has been running a Semi contact session once a month for the last few months. Uk grapple is the the name for a 2 hour session on a Saturday 11-1pm which comprises of 1hr of a master lesson in one specific technique. Then 1/2 hour full on contact , no striking to the head. Then the best bit bring your u tube video to the mat and see if they work in the real world. If you would like to attend one of these sessions please post a yes or 👍
