This is my client Chloe*

Chloe joined with me in October 2023 and with a goal to feel more comfortable lifting weights in the gym by herself and get stronger in her lifts!

Chloe wanted to progress her running journey from her Saturday 5k park run to a half marathon! Chloe also wanted to feel more toned in her physique, confident in her body AND break away from black-out drinking

In just 8 weeks not only has her physique drastically changed dropping a total of 5kg’s without this being the main priority of her training - we have hit a running PB of 14k, a half marathon booked for June and she has become a true gym baddie 💅🏼 all including Christmas celebrations, nights out, socials etc.

Chloe has done a dry January with other members of the dry January sober curious community group AND her relationship with food has done a full 360

We are just getting started 😮‍💨

8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

This is my client Abi*

Abi started working with me in November 2023 as part of the group coaching programme

In just 8 weeks we have:

Build strength and confidence in the gym

Introduced new habits into her daily routine including: daily movement, regular nutritious meals and consistent workouts even around a busy schedule

Dropped a whopping 3kg’s 📉

I’ll let Abi* do the talking:

“I have noticed that my clothes are definitely fitting looser than they used to, and I’m definitely less winded when I power walk for the train! I’m also feeling better mentally, sleeping better when I train regularly and feeling generally less anxious throughout the day (which we love).

Thank you so much for your support over the last 8 weeks, having someone to check in with really does help me get on track so it’s been invaluable”

Strength DRAMATICALLY increased: achieving her first CHIN UP a 310kg leg press 😮‍💨 and 130kg hip thrust

Jess started her journey with me just over one year ago. As you can clearly see the physique changes have been immense. The most incredible changes however have been in her confidence, mindset, relationship with the gym and her body, relationship with food/education around nutrition.

We are pushing into the last few weeks of her diet phase now before she gets married in August 💍

From experiencing a grade three tear in his left shoulder and feeling lost with his training…

To competing in his second Spartan race with an phenomenal finish time of 56 mins 🏆 knocking a whole 24 mins off his original personal best

Yes you read that correctly - 24 minutes!! 😮‍💨

How we did it:

• We worked closely together to build a precise training programme with attention to performance and challenges we anticipated the race would throw at him

• Large focus on: mobility, endurance, strength, agility, explosive power and conditioning work

•A tailored nutrition plan + education on the right foods to support his recovery and training performance all the way up to race day

• 1-1 check in’s on a weekly basis with his coach holding him accountable + providing education and support in the lead up to his race

•Improvement + conditioning phases to tackle potential weaknesses and build on his strengths

•All of this around working a busy job, holidays + enjoying a social life

He is now planning to enter the Elite race in May and the championships in November 2024 🏆

“Through recovery and rehabilitation time Sophia was brilliant, she again revised my training plan to suit my current situation, sometimes on a weekly basis. By August I was back into full on training with Sophia by my side kicking me up the arse, and pushing me on with encouragement and support at every step! I was able to give my best performance yet; beating my first Spartan Race time by 24mins!

I’ve told her this but I don’t think I’d be able to have do it without her expertise’s and amazing support”

When the glutes are glute-ing 👀

Hannah has achieved entire body recomposition in 2023 + all around travelling for months in Indonesia and Thailand, a trip to Ibiza + plenty of social events

So how did we do it?

• training programmes tailored to support Hannah’s glute growth + the equipment she had available

• stepping out of her dieting phase + coming into months of both a calorie surplus and also time away from tracking calories completely

• consistency week in week out and if she was only able to give 20% that week she still gave her full 20%

• patience with progressive overload in staple glute focused movements: thrust work, hip hinge movements, single leg work, squat + abduction

• learning to support her training with effective recovery: nutrient dense foods + sleep / time off from the gym when necessary

• support and accountability from a coach

I am so proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone downard this is where the growth truly takes place 👏🏽 💪🏽
