We are delighted to officially welcome Joe Cross as our new Head of Youth Development.
Football has always been Joe’s passion. As well as being a valued player within our First Team, Joe has spent the last five years successfully coaching and developing his own youth team, helping young players grow both on and off the pitch.
Joe brings a wealth of enthusiasm, commitment and experience to the role, along with a genuine passion for youth football and player development. His dedication to creating positive opportunities for young people makes him a fantastic addition to our growing youth section.
We are excited to have Joe on board and look forward to working together as we continue to develop and strengthen youth football at Gillingham Town FC.
