Zumba Shine

Zumba is a fun, all body workout to upbeat, feel good music. It's so easy to join in, no dance or fitness experience is required.

The classes move between high- and low-intensity steps to improve fitness and burn LOADS of calories. Covid Guidelines for Class

As well as having a great time at Zumba, it’s important that we all participate in the safest way possible. I understand that some may have questions about the Covid guidelines for classes, so here are a few instructions we have been asked to follow:

• If you’re sick, or showing symptoms of Covid-19, please don’t come along.
• Face coverings must be worn in communal areas of the building; however,
they are not required in the class.
• Please wash /sanitize your hands before and after you participate, or enter
the building.
• Hand sanitizer units are installed in reception and outside the Oak theatre
(Zumba room).
• Places in the class have been limited to the maximum capacity allowed with
social distancing.
• When participating in class, please keep 2m social distancing from others. There is plenty of room to do this!
• When entering/exiting class, please do not exceed groups of 6 people. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
