**We are delighted to welcome John Sanigar to our coaching team as our new Defence Coach.**

John is currently Head Coach of the Gilfach Goch U16s, which will be a huge asset in helping develop a smooth pathway and transition for our younger players.

With coaching experience across both rugby union and rugby league at senior level, John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the club. His playing career also speaks for itself, having competed at a high level in both codes, including representing Glamorgan Wanderers RFC in rugby union and Wales Dragonhearts in rugby league.

John's experience, passion, and understanding of the game will be a tremendous addition to our coaching setup, and we are excited to have him on board.

Everyone at the club would like to pass on our condolences to Emma, Roan and Family at this sad time.
Kris suddenly passed away yesterday at the young age of 49.
Having coached our Youth for a few seasons , His passion for rugby, dedication to developing others, and commitment to the values of the game left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family, friends, players, and all who knew him during this incredibly difficult time.

He will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on through the many lives he touched both on and off the field.
