Buzzing so far with Hassib’s progress

✅No longer under eating calories have increased
✅Feeling better in his clothes

Amazing transformation from Julie👏👏

Julie started PT'n with me just after lockdown in 2021, she had never previously weight trained before so we focused on nailing the basic movements first and built up her overall strength with some mobility work on her shoulder.

She managed to lose 20 pounds or 9kg within 6 months and the most impressive part she has kept the weight off for over a year now!

Building manageable habits, staying consistent with her training and the most important part putting in the hard graft, gets you results that mean you can keep the weight off not just for a few months but for years!💯💯

From never lifting weights before she started personal training to now trapbar deadlifting and losing a stone in weight👊🏻

Dorothy has a busy social life, she goes on more cruises than you can shake a stick at but still manages to keep on top of her training and diet, and it's paying off!

Weight training + proper nutritional guidance + hard work = RESULTS!

Why do full body workouts?🤔

If you can only manage 1 or 2 sessions a week in the gym doing fullbody compound exercises like deadlifts, squats and bench press is far more beneficial than just just doing an ‘arm day’

Why? Because

✅It burns more calories
✅Increases strength
✅Helps with mobility
✅Increases muscle mass

Chris only trains once a week with me so we focus on fullbody movements with some mobility exercises aswell, this has far more benefits than solely focussing on 1 body part per session. We can monitor his strength increasing by the weights he is lifting aswell!

If you can only make the gym a few times a week target all your muscle groups each session whether you are male or female✅✅

Can you train in the gym with injuries or recovering from an injury?

Of course you can!

Raj had a knee replacement six months ago. When he came back to the gym 10 weeks ago he was unable to use the leg press due to weakness on his knee and mobility, now he’s comfortably using the leg press with good range of motion!

Lewis sprained his wrist playing football. We adjusted a few exercises and focused more on lower body movements!

Don’t let any injuries put you off from training in most cases weight training will help with the recovery process!

3% bodyfat down and strength increasing each week. Just shows what can be done in such a short time frame👌🏻

With the diet he’s calorie counting which works well for him and he’s still able to have the foods he enjoys just in a more controlled manner and the results so far speak for themselves! Few more weeks until his holiday just to lean up a wee bit more!

Love seeing clients pushing themselves in the gym to get stronger! Tristan hitting 320kg on the leg press!

If you can try and record your sessions👍🏻even just a quick note on your phone and make sure your beating the last session with a bit or weight or even 1 or 2 more reps!
