4 Personal Training sessions and 5 class and single class passes for bootcamps up for grabs …Yes I know, who doesn’t love a freebie. We all have reasons for exercising, increasing range of movement ( if you don’t move you loose it), weight loss, aesthetics the list goes on. One large part of exercising outdoors is the improvement in our mental health. you also get to join like-minded individuals, listen to some dodgy tunes and participate in the banter which is usually aimed at myself.
