Running in nature has been a privilege this last month. The bluebells were spectacular, and I’ve seen roe deer, red kites, muntjac, lambs, a million squirrels and caterpillars and even a mama rabbit with two fluffy leverets 😍.

Plus I always have my trusty Myzone heart rate monitor on, earning those MEPs! Hope to win one of their new versatile versions this month - I hit my 5000 MEP goal this morning (with my teeny-tiny hitchhiker - last pic! πŸ˜†πŸ›)

This is ALL the moves we used to achieve 6 Tabatas for our last PVFC of the week! It was tough but changing up the moves a lot really helps (although I’m not convinced that a change is as good as a rest πŸ˜‰). I LOVED working out with the gang this week, now for Gin Friday and a weekend recovery. πŸΈπŸ˜…πŸ₯°

Wednesdays at PVFC we work at slow control, today was Yoga.
After so much exercise which tightens I love how yoga brings flexibility, balance and deep strength to the body (with a little bit of hopping around πŸ˜‰). Well done everyone 😊

It's one year since the first UK lockdown began, which means it's also the first birthday of Pip's Virtual Fit Club (239 workouts and counting πŸ˜‰). We celebrated with a weighted Backpack workout πŸ‹πŸŽ’. It's brilliantly versatile and as long as your backpack is sturdy and comfy you can put a lot of weight in. Who needs a squat rack?!! Be careful of your form (particularly in plank) and be sure to move slow and smoothly. πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒπŸŽ’πŸ‹πŸ₯³

It’s Anniversary Day here at Pip’s Fit Club (not that we can do much aside from booze on a Tuesday and a dessert at dinner time πŸ˜‚)! 14 years and we’re still putting up with each other, he’s done amazingly well with me thumping on the floorboards and shouting a lot very early in the morning 😁.
