Here’s something most people never realise…
In training and in life — you set the standard.
If you constantly show up late, make excuses, or let others walk over your boundaries… you teach people that it’s okay.
But when you start respecting your time, your body, and your effort — everything shifts.
The same applies in the gym.
When you train with purpose, fuel your body properly, and stay consistent — your results reflect the respect you’ve built for yourself.
People notice that energy.
They start treating you differently, because you do.
So if someone isn’t treating you the way you deserve — don’t lower your standards.
Raise your own.
It’s not about being harsh; it’s about showing others how to value what you value.
Respect starts with you — in the way you train, talk to yourself, and show up every day. 💪
