Looking back, I’m so proud of the goals I’ve achieved, the challenges I’ve overcome and the dreams I’ve turned into reality. ❤️

And you know what? I’m not finished yet! There’s still so much more I want to achieve, learn and experience. 💫

It is NEVER too late.
Never too late to start something new.

I’ve had lots of new followers recently, so I just wanted to say a huge thank you for being here.🙏

Here’s a little introduction to my Pilates mat class:

Every Tuesday evening at BodyBlitz Gym in Burnopfield, we meet upstairs in a beautiful, calming space—so don’t worry, we’re not in the main gym.

The class is limited to just 12 people, creating a lovely, intimate and supportive environment that’s suitable for all abilities.

I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, as well as a qualified Yin and Hatha Yoga teacher.

What can you expect?

The class lasts one hour:

45 minutes of Pilates, focusing on mindful movement, strength, control and breath
15 minutes of mindful Savasana, including time for guided meditation and relaxation
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you’ll be made to feel welcome. It’s a lovely, friendly group, and there’s no need to feel nervous about coming along.

I’m working in this gorgeous space tomorrow, right in the heart of Whickham, teaching the 8:30 am and 9:30 am Pilates classes.

Both classes are fully booked—thank you so much for your support. I can’t wait to meet you all!

My 7:00 pm class is fully booked — thank you so much for your support.

I still have a few spaces available in my 6:00–7:00 pm mixed-level Reformer Pilates class, suitable for all abilities.

The class takes place in the most beautiful studio setting, with a small group of no more than eight people, giving you plenty of space and personalised attention. Whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned pro, you’ll feel welcome and supported — and you won’t be disappointed.
