After over 10 years as part of our gym family, Tracey continues to inspire everyone around her with her dedication, consistency, and incredible work ethic.

This season, she took her hard work to the stage at the NABBA North Britain Championships, competing in the Toned Figure category, and brought home an outstanding 2nd place finish! 🥈💪

From early mornings to disciplined training sessions, Tracey proves that commitment and perseverance truly pay off. She’s a brilliant example of what long-term consistency in the gym can achieve.

Right lads…. If you’re happy to leave the changing rooms like this… and for our pregnant manager to have to come in and clean up after you… this area will be available at a bolt on price only if you don’t look after it in the next 24 hours… you asked for a nicer area and are now quite frankly taking the absolute mick out of all the hard work and time we have invested into this place. Either pick your stuff up or you will not have access to this area! I have absolute zero tolerance on this level of disrespect - sort yourselves out!

We’ve had lots of questions about when our wellness spa is open, so here are the times you can come and relax with us 👇

✨ Monday – Thursday: 6:30AM – 8:30PM
✨ Friday: 6:30AM – 6:30PM
✨ Saturday & Sunday: 8:30AM – 3:30PM

Whether it’s post-workout recovery, a quiet moment to unwind, or a weekend reset, our spa is ready for you.

Our Wellness Spa is finally open… we have came across every possible hurdle over a long period of time to bring you all the most amazing space to relax and recharge after your training.

This space at the moment is open for all over 16 to enjoy respectfully. This will be trialled for a period and if successful will remain this way, however if we do find people are abusing this area it will change to a booking only facility. Please look after this area, so much work has gone into it for you to all enjoy.

A massive appreciation also goes out to Mark, who has spent days and nights on this project and poured everything into getting it finished. Thank you 🙏

Any questions you may have we are happy to answer at reception. Thank you all for your patience and please enjoy this new space.

We’re Hiring a Freelance Fitness Instructor!

We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 Fitness Instructor to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be confident delivering a variety of classes, including Spin, HYROX, Hybrid, Bootcamp and LBT 💪🏼

Availability is mainly Monday to Friday, with sessions typically around 9:30am and peak evening times. Occasional weekend work may also be available.
