🔥New plans for Atlantis Gym junk/storage room folks, and has anyone sussed who the sticky bandit is yet? Could put HIM to work out there what ya think. Anyway work is slowly underway to extend the small leg room, this will become the designated leg area which will free up some space in the main gym area to add some equipment we have in mind for yallll hope you all enjoy what's to come guys.. 🏋️‍♀️💪 Atlantis gym the greatest gym family on planet earth and simply the best gym atmosphere in the universe even if they do find these extraterrestrials out there somewhere Atlantis Gym will still remain the greatest of greats 👽 😎

🔥Big things coming soon to Atlantis gym guys, but remember cash is king, so let's keep the overheads down which makes it easier for us to put back into the gym. The less overheads we have the more we can put back in. Atlantis is a gym like no other with an atmosphere and community simply like no other and guaranteed still the cheapest gym anywhere for sure.. prove me wrong...here for 50 + years for a reason. The reason being you guys...so onwards and upwards and lets enjoy the next 50 years of Atlantis together 💪🔥

🚨Sunday night Atlantis gym, short walk around and thoughts on Is Atlantis gym the friendliest gym on planet earth and what makes us different to a soulless comercial gym where your treated simply as a membership number where any interaction with staff costs you a pt fee...are old school gyms one of the few remaining places that you can come in and be surrounded by like minded people all with the intension of helping each other become the very best version of ourselves no BS just real people with the common goal of being slightly better today than yesterday, in a gym like Atlantis thats been here since the beginning 50+ years freindships have and continue to be formed that are as strong as the iron we lift together. 🔥Right guys the weather's been absolutely melting and I binned the old fans the other day so everyone's been walking around gym half naked with no tops on... well im away to get some new fans today so can all the blokes please have something on your torso to save the ladies blushes, its fine when your posing in certain areas but while training please have something on CHEERS LADS 😎
