🫣some of you lot are absolutely mental, so it looks like we're gonna be hosting a Christmas party/family day in atlantis gym🎄i asked a few of you guys what we should do to make it a fun day for all, turns out some of you just fancied an all day session haha, some of the ideas flying about are un repeatable and not what I think would warrant a family fun day 😬 but anyway guys we will definitely be holding a Xmas family day in the gym sometime in December so any ideas that don't include getting absolutely smashed greatly appreciated

👀 Sneak preview of what's coming in the form of the Atlantis Gym posing room guys 📷 be finnished very very soon, just the floor to go down and a couple of more lights up and some atlantis gym logo boards then your off and away taking all the pics of your progress till your hearts content, this room is open to all at no extra cost than your gym pass whether you train in atlantis or not 🔥perfect for pre contest posing practise, posing classes or simply just keeping track of you progress

📷 keep track of your gains, practise your posing routines or simply take your progress pictures without distraction in the comfort of our new posing room at no extra cost..and if your not a regular Atlantis Gym user this new area of the gym is open to you guys too, you can simply pay a £2.40 day pass into the gym and your as welcome as anyone else to use this new area of Atlantis Gym, hope you all enjoy this new addition when its finnished, have fun guys

🔥 You'll not miss us now guys... atlantis gym going from strength to strength, loads of new things coming soon including our new matt black mirrored and neon lit posing room with blue tooth speaker, with no extra charge to use as some other gyms do.. 50 plus years for a reason, all welcome including your child under your own supervision of course and absolutely guaranteed the cheapest gym in the country at Only PAY AS YOU USE £2.40 for a day pass £8 week pass or £24 for a month pass these are reduced to £1.80 day, £5 week £15 a month for jnrs, students, blue light card holders and over 60s, children under 12 free with a paying adult.. show me somewhere cheaper guys 💪
