🥋 Building Confidence Through Jiu Jitsu

Our anti-bullying programme is incorporated into our kids classes to teach much more than just Jiu Jitsu.

Here you can see 5 year old Bader working in his private lesson on some really important skills, learning how to fall and stand safely, escaping from bottom position, and most importantly, using his voice.

We want our kids to understand that they have a voice, they can set boundaries, and they can confidently speak up when something doesn’t feel right.

Jiu Jitsu gives them the physical skills, but building confidence, awareness and self-belief is just as important.

It’s the last day of the school term! 🎉☀️

A huge congratulations to all of our Little & Junior Grapplers on making it through another school year. We hope you’re all excited for a well deserved summer holiday!

We’ll see everyone in class tonight to celebrate the start of summer the best way we know how with plenty of smiles, hard work, and fun on the mats.
